About

A dietitian who speaks media.

I’m a registered dietitian and brand communications partner. I help food and wellness companies translate complex nutrition science into clear, compelling messaging that the media and consumers trust.

Through spokesperson work, expert commentary, recipe development, and strategic content, I act as an extension of your communications team, so every message is accurate, engaging, and aligned with your brand’s goals.

I hold a BA in psychology from the University of Arizona, a BS in dietetics from Arizona State University, and an MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Western States. My expertise has been featured in InStyle, Bustle, Livestrong, The List, MyFitnessPal, and more, and I regularly share nutrition tips on local TV.
