Kristen Carli, MS, RD

Kristen Carli is the owner of Camelback Nutrition & Wellness. She graduated from University of Arizona with a BA in psychology and then received a BS in dietetics from Arizona State University. After completion of the dietetic internship, she continued her education by receiving a MS in Human Nutrition from University of Western States. Having a passion for nutrition communication, she writes for many food and nutrition outlets as well as regularly develops recipes for food brands and media companies. Her nutrition expertise has been featured in InStyle, Bustle, Livestrong, The List, MyFitnessPal and many others. Additionally, Kristen is often featured via local TV segments sharing nutrition tips and tricks. She was selected to act as a Produce for Better Health Foundation Fruit and Vegetable Ambassador in Action, helping to promote the health benefits and importance of consuming fruits and vegetables, as well as a FoodMinds upwaRD winner for 2022, honoring up and coming media dietitians. You can find her reading, running, and exploring new restaurants with her husband and baby boy.

Victoria Whittington, RD

Victoria Whittington earned her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from the University of Alabama and has over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University. Victoria is passionate about making healthy eating, enjoyable exercise, and other health-promoting behaviors accessible and achievable for all. She loves cooking and developing healthier versions of her favorite foods. Victoria believes that eating well doesn't have to be expensive, boring, or complicated. It is her mission to share evidence-based nutrition information and real-life strategies to live a healthy lifestyle with the world. In her free time, she enjoys being active, trying new restaurants with her fiancé, visiting her family in California, or watching her favorite TV shows and movies.

Carly Hart, RD

Carly Hart graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition in 2019. She completed her dietetic internship at Montana State University in 2021. Her passion for nutrition and dietetics came from diet-related diseases found in her immediate family. Carly enjoys educating others on the importance of utilizing nutrition as medicine in the body. She is also great at helping others to develop a plan for a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Future goals for Carly include become a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) and a Certified Pediatric Specialist (CSP). In her free time, Carly can be found walking her chocolate lab, Chance, working out or visiting with family and friends.

Lauren Merritt, MS, RD

Lauren is a Midwest Native but after living in eight states, decided to trade in the snow for sunny Fountain Hills, AZ. Following graduation from Johnson & Wales University-Denver with a B.S. in Culinary Nutrition, Lauren went on to become a Registered Dietitian with a Master's of Science in Nutrition and Health Sciences. Lauren has 10+ years experience working with eating disorders. Her emphasis on eating disorder treatment and drug/alcohol care has led her to work from outpatient to residential treatment. In which time she worked her way up to a National Food Service Management Position at a large Eating Disorder Center in the Midwest overseeing 4 states operations. Lauren’s approach to nutrition, and life, is about balance and reaching ones’ full potential. It is a beautiful thing when a client takes control over their life, choices, and health again. Everything else becomes background noise. This is a very individual and rewarding process; to know you cannot fall short because your outcomes are your own.

Lauren Sharpe, MS, RD

Lauren was born and raised in the Sunshine State of Florida. She graduated from Florida State University with her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and in Sociology with a minor in psychology. She then went on to complete her Master of Science at Texas Woman’s University. Lauren completed her distance dietetic internship through Marshall University and gained many experiences in Atlanta (GA), Pulaski (TN), Pensacola (FL), and Milton (FL). Lauren enjoys educating others about how to have a healthy lifestyle and ways to achieve their goals. She is a strong believer that small changes can have a large impact on the big picture. Many ambitions do not happen overnight but take time and encouragement. In the future, Lauren hopes to become a Certified Diabetes Care and Educator Specialist (CDCES) and weight loss specialist. In her free time, Lauren can be found spending time with her husband and baby boy, traveling to see relatives, taking long walks with her dogs, and reading.

Hannah Coven

Hannah was born and raised here in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with her BS in Nutrition Dietetics, and is currently a graduate student at Arizona State University in the MS Nutritional Science - Dietetic Internship Program. After completion of her Master’s and Dietetic internship, Hannah's goals are to become a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), and eventually open her own private practice. Hannah is passionate about using food as medicine and sharing knowledge on the true power food holds. Hannah believes eating a predominantly plant-based diet is the way to go. In her free time, she loves cooking, hiking, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.

Krista Wale

Krista was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with her husband and three pups. Her journey in nutrition began at Louisiana State University, where she proudly earned her BS in Nutrition and Food Sciences with a concentration in Dietetics. She has recently completed her dietetic internship and is on the brink of becoming a Registered Dietitian (RD). As a RD, Krista's goal is to use her expertise to guide others towards a healthier lifestyle and raise awareness about the transformative power of healthy eating through media work. WIth her functional approach to nutrition, Krista firmly believes that the foods we eat go far beyond just calories!
